Jill Potter President | | Jill Potter has a Masters degree in Psychology and oversees psychology services for an agency serving developmentally disabled adults in White Plains, N.Y. She also works with behaviorally challenged children and is the founder of Behavior Plans 4 Kids, an organization that develops individualized plans to assist parents and other caretakers in creating positive behavioral changes in children with difficult behaviors. Jill worked as a volunteer with the Yonkers Animal Shelter in Yonkers, N.Y. as well as other local shelters. During this time, she assisted in finding homes for sheltered animals through poster and publicity campaigns and community adoption events.

Allison Roesser Treasurer | Allison Roesser has been actively involved in volunteering her time to serve the community for many years. She has served as a Board member of the Junior League of Bronxville, N.Y. and has chaired several committees, including New Project Development and Done in a Day, a program that develops and runs events for community organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Special Olympics, and the Mount Vernon Boys and Girls' Club. Allison became involved in helping sheltered animals in 2001. Since that time, she has assisted local shelters in the provision of important pre and post adoption information as well as adoption follow-up to help reduce the number of animals returned to shelters. Allison attended George Washington University Law School and received her BS in criminal justice from Pennsylvania State University. Allison lives in Bronxville, N.Y. with her husband and three children.

Al Tapper Director |
Albert Tapper is the Chairman of Act II Companies, an investment firm that
invests in a variety of businesses from financial institutions to the music
industry. He is also an accomplished writer, composer, and lyricist who has
written three off Broadway musicals. His most recent musical, Sessions, has
been described as “brilliant” and played for a limited run through the 2007
summer season to a sold out theater. Plans are underway to continue the show
in another theater in New York. Mr. Tapper produced the critically acclaimed
documentary film, “Broadway: The Golden Age” which featured interviews and
footage from Broadway legends such as Angela Lansbury, Carol Burnett,
Shirley McClaine, and Jeremy Irons. He is the author of five books on humor,
including A Guy Goes Into a Bar; A Minister, a Priest, and a Rabbi, A Guy
Goes into a Doctor’s Office; Flunked, and A Guy Goes into a Gym. Mr. Tapper
is also known for his philanthropic efforts in support of a variety of
worthy causes.
